About the lectures:
Andreas Kipar envisions a Nature-Positive Landscape for Mykolaiv and proposes new landscapes and resiliency strategies based on three principles: history, identity and freedom, fostering biodiversity, the ecological network, climate mitigation, and the connection of the river with the city and its inhabitants. Both speakers will present an integrated urban development concept for the city of Mykolaiv in Ukraine, focussing on landscape, water, and ecology. Mykolaiv is an important city close to the Black Sea, under current threat of Russian aggression, but already planning its recovery.

The lecture will be recorded and subsequently provided on the panforukraine learning platform: https://futurelearnlab.de/hub/enrol/index.php?id=317 (registration needed).
